Gayathri TP, English and Political Science Teacher, Principal Faculty
Gayathri TP began teaching at Lokuttara leadership academy in 2019. She teaches English and Political Science to higher secondary students and is the principal faculty of Blossom Project’s Literacy Program. She completed her postgraduate in English Language and Literature at the University of Kerala. She also completed a Data Science Certification Course and an Operations Course at the Kerala State Rutronix and began her teaching career as a private tutor in 2007 and worked in the Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste Development Department for three years. In addition, she has a diverse professional background and experience working as a Supervisor at the Coirfed Corporation Ltd in Kerala State.
Sobha L., Sociology Teacher
Sobha L. is Blossom Project’s Sociology Teacher. She completed her degree in physics at Fatima Mata National College in Kollam and her postgraduate education at Loyola College of Social Sciences. She also earned her Master of Philosophy in Sociology from the University of Kerala, Kariavattom Campus, before joining the Lokuttara Leadership Academy. Before that, she was a faculty member at Sree Sankara College, Kottarakkara. She also serves as a resource at the KILA and Kudumbasree Mission and as president of Either India, an NGO for childcare, and a free land soft skill trainer.
Ratheesh Kumar M., History Teacher
Ratheesh Kumar M. is Blossom Project’s History Teacher for Plus One (+1) and Plus Two (+2) Programs. He completed his bachelor’s degree and Postgraduate in History at the University of Kerala. He also completed Computer Teacher Training Course, Yoga, and Meditation courses and completed personal development training under the Resource Center at Thiruvananthapuram. He has also worked at Chitra Industrial Training Institute in Kottarakkara as a faculty of Employability Skills for three years and as an academic coordinator at the Peniel English Medium School in Kollam. Mr. Kumar is also active in sports, as a player in the Cricket Team of Kollam District and participated in a District level Yoga Championship. He has 16 years of teaching experience in educational centers and private colleges.
Nandhu D., Accounting Teacher
Nandhu D. is Blossom Project’s Accounting Teacher. He completed his degrees in Business at the Cooperative College (MECS) Mavelikara, and he is currently working on his Master of Commerce. He also completed his diploma in computerized finance and accounting (PDCFA), and he is an expert in Desktop Publishing with two years of experience.
Anisha S., Malayalam Language Teacher
Anisha is Blossom Project's Malayalam Teacher. She has completed her degree in Malayalam at St. Peter's College Kolenchery, Ernakulam, and her master's degree from Maharajas College at Ernakulam. Anisha received her Bachelor of Education from the University of Kerala in Mavelikara. Before joining the Lokuttara Leadership Academy, Anisha was a faculty member at Sree Sankara College in Kottarakkara. She has completed a six-month course in DTP. Anisha is a passionate professional Language Teacher with 13 years of teaching experience.
Smitha, Business Studies and Economics Teacher
Smitha teaches Business Studies & Economics to Plus One (+1) and Plus Two (+2) Programs at the Lokuttara Leadership Academy. She has completed a master's degree in Commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University and a master's degree in Marketing from Calicut University. She also has three bachelor's degrees: a Bachelor of Commerce from MG University and a bachelor's in English and Malayalam from Bharathiar University. She also passed the State Eligibility Test in Commerce and has completed a postgraduate Course in Computer Application. In addition, she has 16 years of teaching experience.
