Blossom Projects Board Member

Pushpinder Pelia Lubana (PhD) is an anthropologist who brings her passion for social justice and education to Blossom Projects. In her day job, she leads customer research in a tech company. She is driven about breaking down gender, social, and class barriers in young peoples' lives from the ground up. Her mantra “Ordinary actions can lead to radical change” keeps her single-minded and confident about social change. She lives in the Bay Area in California with her partner as empty nesters, having launched three adult children into the world.

Eric Lopez is an experienced diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) champion with experience collecting and analyzing DEI data to understand current trends in the advancement of inclusion. Through his work, Eric supports efforts to ensure the voices of diverse stakeholders are heard.

Chithra Rajagopalan is working as the Head of Finance at a tech company. Apart from her day job, she is involved in nonprofits that strive towards causes such as equality, women's rights, and mental health. She strongly believes in investing more towards enhancing the quality of life at a young age, which would empower them to build a wonderful future.

With a distinguished history of entrepreneurship, leadership and innovation in corporate and charity world, Anupam brings immense expertise to Blossom Projects. As the founder of Occams Group, he has steered the enterprise to remarkable results extensively covered by publications including Fortune, Inc, Financial Times. Anupam’s professional career includes stints at Fortune 500 companies as well as wildly successful start-ups and almost a decade on Wall Street with names like Barclays, Merrill Lynch, Fidelity, and Scotia Bank.

Anupam's dedication to community development has manifested in his long association with Child Literacy, a charity that served the educational and social needs of children across Ecuador, Haiti, India, Nepal, Philippines, and United States over last 18 years. Anupam values the unique intellectual opportunity each human being has and is committed to maximizing opportunities for each child. He endeavors to optimize his own potential through meditation, long walks and run, immersive travel, quality family and social time, and his avid reading across topics from personal growth to astrophysics. Anupam joining the Blossom Projects board signifies his commitment to empowering youth through education and holistic development.

Daniel (Tuba) D’Souza

Blossom Projects Board Advisor

Tuba's mission is to empower under-resourced groups through new, innovative ways. Over the past few years he founded a startup accelerator with IBM to tackle core issues in healthcare, grew a software company from 0 to 7 figures in revenue, and worked with entrepreneurs from Mumbai to Colombia to identify trends that are shaping emerging markets. He is an avid podcast listener and passionate home chef.

 

Jennifer Pichardo

Blossom Projects Board advisor

Jennifer Pichardo is a creative and entrepreneurial fundraising executive working in the arts and education nonprofit space. Her work focuses on advancing organizational missions, board governance, and strategic planning. She has over a decade of nonprofit leadership experience helping organizations grow and nurture relationships through transformative storytelling that empowers diverse, underserved communities. In addition, she volunteers for various social justice and equity initiatives and believes that radical acts of empathy and kindness lead to a more inclusive world.

 

Abha Singhvi

Blossom Projects Board advisor

Abha’s vision is a world where every human being lives a life of dignity. She is a leadership coach and a business consultant bringing her experience from founding two businesses and selling one of them to Monster.com. Abha designs and delivers leadership workshops and provides one-on-one and group coaching for individuals and teams. She has worked with leaders from 40+ countries. She has actively worked with non-profit organizations throughout her career. She is a Co-founder of GWLN (Global Women Leadership Network) board member at Maitri, an organization that supports South Asian women facing Domestic Violence issues. She also served on the boards of Aarti for Girls and BAVC (BayArea Video Coalition). Abha is passionate about working globally with founders and executive teams of businesses and non-profits.
